There is nothing like a tropical sunset to evoke memories of a great holiday or create a desire to travel to some faraway exotic location to get away from the monotony of work and daily life. This shot was taken in the Krabi region of Thailand which has numerous stunning beaches such as Railay and Chicken Island. Phuket and Phi Phi islands are also with a couple of hours boat ride away. Island hopping is made easy by the numerous long boats that line the beach at Ao Nang in Krabi and it is possible to visit a different island or beach everyday or take in a few islands in one day. The photograph was taken on a Kodak P880 digital camera with a professional Schneider wide angle zoom lens at the end of a long hot day as the long boat returned to Ao Nang.
