7 megapixel Optio S7 digital camera unveiled by Pentax
The Pentax Optio S7 digital camera follows on from the Optio S6 and offers a higher feature set which includes 7 megapixels, a blur reduction ISO mode, face recognition and high quality MPEG4 movies at 30 fps. The Pentax Optio S7 will be available in limited quantities from September 2006 and will be priced around $300. The Optio is a very small and slim digital camera which will appeal to a wide group of people and in particular, anyone seeking a high quality digital camera which can be carried anywhere in a pocket or handbag.
