Travel Photography: Colors, Boats and Houses of Belem in Lisbon, Portugal.

This shot was taken in late February 2008 in a scenic area called Belem in Lisbon, Portugal. The photograph was taken on a Panasonic Lumix DMC-LX1 digital camera with a very sharp Leica DC Vario-Elmarit zoom lens equivalent to 28mm to 112 at the widescreen setting. This travel photo was cropped and enhanced slightly in Adobe Photoshop CS3. Belem, as well as much of Lisbon is a travel photographer's paradise with striking builidings, deep saturated colors and picturesque settings at every corner. The colors of the boats and the houses really come to life on a hot sunny day.
