This photograph of Sapporo City (Hokkaido, Japan) was taken on a Kodak P880 prosumer digital camera in April 2007. The dramatic view of mountains surrounding the city was further enhanced by the bouvelard leading the eye upto the mountain range. Sapporo is qute a cold city as it is situated in the northern part of Japan on Hokkaido island but the city has a very lively nightlife and is famous for Sapporo beer. Even in Sapporo, there are large Japanese photographic stores such as Yodabashi which supplies the full range of the latest digital cameras and SLRs.
